Welcome to BotsUP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BotsUP website, AI agent services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Use of the Service is void where prohibited.

2. Description of Service

BotsUP provides an AI-powered platform for building, deploying, and managing AI agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. AI Content and Output

Your Inputs: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all input data, text, and other materials ("Input") that you submit to the Service.

AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BotsUP hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Service in response to your Input ("Output"). You are responsible for the use of any Output and ensuring it complies with applicable laws.

Accuracy: Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Output may not always be accurate or unique. You should independently verify any Output before relying on it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary content, information and other materials, are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. BotsUP and its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competitive product or service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotsUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
